Shipping & Refund Policy

We ship all UK orders via the Royal Mail.
Royal Mail AIM to deliver between 2-3 business days. 
All international orders are shipped out via the Royal Mail international tracked and signed for service.
Royal Mail AIM to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and Worldwide in 5-7 working days via this service. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 days of payment, however we try to process and dispatch them on the same/next day in most cases.
If we are unable to use Royal Mail, We may Use other couriers to fulfill your order.
RETURNS
Unopened product can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or refunds unless for any reason you receive a product that is different from the one you have purchased. We will be more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange for the correct product within 15 days of you receiving the product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The returns postage is to be covered by the customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Delayed/Lost Parcels
We send our parcels with 48 Tracking via Royal Mail. Sometimes there can be delays in receiving your products on time. Please contact us if your products take longer than 10 days to arrive from the date it has been dispatched.  
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
