Are these real brand perfumes?

No they are specially made blends that are inspired by the well known brands, using the same high quality ingredients and manufacturing standards.

What are inspired by perfumes and Oud oils?

Our experienced team of perfumers sample and test well known designer fragrances, and then create our own version of them.

Oud Oil will have higher concentration of perfume oils so they will last for hours. We only create EDP Sprays which have higher fragrance concentrations than EDT sprays

We don't believe in paying expensive prices when we can make them available for less

Are they identical?

We think that they are very close, but it is impossible to ever get a 100% match. Different well known brands even change scents slightly because of the different crops of raw materials used to make them. 

Are the Perfumes & Oud Oils long lasting?

Yes they are! Because all of our products are Eau de Parfum, they are very strong. This also means they last a long time, often longer than the high street brands. Following the correct usage instructions helps with this. 

What kind of perfumes do you sell?

All of our fragrances are Eau de Parfum (EDP). They are a minimum of 20% Fragrance concentrate.

How should I store my perfume?

All fragrances should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from cold or hot elements. Failure to do so may result in your product being affected.

Is it safe to Apply on clothes?

The simple answer is yes it can be but they can stain. Our products have a higher oil content to make them last longer. We recommend that you take care when applying on clothes, and of course you do so at your own risk.

Applying on clothes can make the Oud Oil or Perfume spray last longer but please be careful as it can stain.

Does your Oud oil contain Alcohol?

No, Our Oud Oil has 0% Alcohol. They contain a higher concentration of perfume oil which ensures that they last for hours.

Orders

When will my order be dispatched? 

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days. We process orders Monday through to Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays. Any orders we receive outside of these times will be processed the next working day. Next day delivery orders received after Friday 1pm will be processed on the next working day (Monday).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirming this which will also contain the tracking information for your order.

Can I cancel my order? 

If the order has already been dispatched,  we are not able to cancel it. Once you have received the items, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and send them back to us in their original condition and we will refund your purchase.

My order has arrived damaged? 

At Essentialoud, we always try our best to package your items securely, so they are not damaged in transit. However, sometimes they might suffer some damage whilst on their way to you. Please take pictures of the outer packaging & the damaged bottle(s) ensuring it is visible and email the pictures to our Customer Services Team at sales@essentialoud.com

Unfortunately, damage incidents need to be investigated so we need sufficient photographic evidence. Please do not dispose of the bottles or packaging. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Where is my order?

Please do not dispose of any packaging as you may be asked to return or provide pictures. All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! we ship internationally

what delivery options do you have? 

We ship our products via Royal Mail Tracked.

Royal Mail AIM to deliver between 2-3 business days. All international orders are shipped out via the Royal Mail international tracked and signed for service.

Royal Mail AIM to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and Worldwide in 5-7 working days via this service. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 days of payment, however we try to process and dispatch them on the same/next day in most cases.

If we are unable to use Royal Mail, We may Use other couriers to fulfill your order.
